For the past six years, Noelle has been producing across the commercial and documentary space, with a deep focus on doc-style branded content. As Head of Production at Betterdays Media, she oversees the execution of everything from feature documentaries to large-scale commercials and real-people shoots for Fortune 500 brands—often working with top-tier agencies, high-profile celebrities, and major companies.

She’s highly organized, detail-obsessed, and thrives in high-pressure, high-stakes environments—whether it’s a fast-moving multi-city travel job or a sensitive real-person story. Despite her executive title, she’s never above getting her hands dirty. She’s often the first one in, the last one out, and the kind of producer who delegates strategically but isn’t afraid to do the heavy lifting herself.
