ABOUT NOELLE
Noelle Victoria (she/her) is a Los Angeles–based actor, producer, and creative multi-hyphenate originally from O‘ahu, Hawai‘i. After building a successful career behind the camera as Head of Production at a commercial production company, she returned to her first love: performing.
Recent credits include a supporting lead in the interactive video game and vertical series for Salty TV, “Soap Opera Star,” where she plays Natasha, a sharp, scene-stealing TV producer entangled in romance and chaos. She also has recently appeared in a supporting role for FlexTV’s vertical drama “Fired, Framed and Fierce.”

Noelle trains at Graham Shiels Studios (Advanced On-Camera), Anthony Meindl’s Actor Workshop, and Upright Citizens Brigade (Improv 401), and recently wrote, produced, and starred in her own short film, now in post with plans for the festival circuit.
Known for her grounded presence, and professionalism on set, Noelle brings a rare blend of production know-how and on-camera ease—making her a trusted collaborator both in front of and behind the lens.

In her personal life, Noelle loves vegan food, traveling, staying active, doing art projects that she has no idea how to do but just enough grit and determination to see through, her 2 cats - one of them only has half her tail hair and it’s a real conversation starter- and her family.
